This is a wonderful poem, only one thing is that it was hard for me to truly get the feeling of the words because of the white writing and the white of the mushroom. White on White makes it difficult to read.
thanks for appreciating the poem mr.blaque! and i’m sorry about the white font, i made it white to convey more feelings to the poem so it could reach the soul not just the eyes. because when i wrote this i had clear intentions that’s why it’s white. thanks again happy rally!
I truly appreciate a poem that so freely expresses the emotions and wantings that flow from needing to share love and be loved. I’m lacking the ability to successfully accomplish a poem that comes close to a true expression of those feelings. So it is such a treat for me to be part of the poets rally and read poems that focus on the better, brighter, side of life and love. This one is definately no exception. 🙂 Well done.
